Make a list of things in your life that are awesome. Think about all of the moments or memories. Together gather some friends and celebrate their awesomeness. History A quick history of the day. The day was created by Kevin Lawver when fellow people he knew wanted him to know how awesome he was. He decided to create a holiday around everyone celebrating awesomeness. The date was chosen because of Chuck Norris and his famous motto, “No one is perfect, but everyone can be awesome.” “The truly awesome are those who take a situation that’s getting wildly out of control and turn it to their advantage.” Awesomeness Awesomeness means inspiring an overwhelming feeling of reverence and having a day to remember all of the good things in the world and making someone smile today. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup blueberries. Spoon remaining batter over the blueberries; sprinkle evenly with remaining 1 cup blueberries. Sprinkle the top evenly with 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes on a wire rack; remove from pan. Cool completely on wire rack.Step 5Note: If using peak-season fruit, use 1 1/2 cups blueberries instead of 2 cups, and only 1 cup buttermilk instead of 1 1/3 cups. What is the word kindness and what does it mean? Kindness means the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate or a kind act. When thinking about different people I have seen and have shown kindness to me, it has warmed my heart. Seeing that man who held the door open for a stranger, randomly seeing someone pick up trash and throw it out, or helping that elderly couple walk to their car. Kindness doesn’t have to be planned out or done on purpose. Kindness can come randomly and can affect someone’s life. With these thoughts in my mind, I decided to randomly look up little moments in everyday life that are random acts of kindness. Here is a list below of some of my findings:-Giving people compliments-Smiling-Sending cards to friends and family to remind them how special they mean to you-Writing down all the things you are thankful for-Sending flowers to patients in the hospital-Volunteering your time at homeless shelters-Saying thank you to the cash register-Washing your parent’s car for them-Cleaning the dishes at your friend’s house-Calling a random family member-Being an encouragement-Taking time to forgive others-Writing down all your accomplishments-Recycling-Being patient-Speaking kind words to others and yourself-Carpooling with your friends-Donating to charities. Always remember that the little things matter. Kindness can be found anywhere in the world. Little moments of kindness can cause someone’s day to brighten. Showing kindness can also turn your day to be a little better. Together kindness can be passed on. Remember to always be kind. “Carry out a random act of kindness, with no expectation of reward, safe in the knowledge that one day someone might do the same for you.”- Princess Diana
